Print and complete the appropriate registration form, mail with CHECK to registrar.
Incomplete forms will not be processed.
We will email your reservation confirmation once we have received the deposit and your payment has cleared our bank.
A Retreat may be canceled if minimum registration is not met. You will receive full refund or have the option to transfer to another retreat if seating is available.
Participants are encouraged to obtain Cancellation and Travel Insurance, usually purchased through your travel agent. BSC is not responsible for travel refunds.
All Retreat Packages include.
Hotel style rooms with private bath. (no bunk beds)
Meals included ~ Arrival day: Dinner ~ Departure day: Breakfast, Lunch
~ All other days: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Welcome/Goodie bags for all.
Assorted mini classes/demos, many with no supply list required or scrap basket friendly.
Win prizes in fun quilting games like Quilto, Musical Chairs, Quilters Memory, or Pin the Block on the Quilt.
Our sewing room is spacious and well lit.
You'll have your own 6-8 foot table with standard straight back chair.
One extension cord and power strip for each group of 6 tables.
Two large elevated ironing stations. (please bring an iron to share)
Elevated cutting table with large cutting mat.
Layout tables.
Visit local quilt shops and receive a discount when you show your retreat name badge. Map will be provided, you shop at your leisure.
Sew the day and night away; don't forget your favorite fuzzy slippers.
Lots of inspiration, encouragement, laughs, and of course there'll be some CHOCOLATE.
